THE EXPERIENCE:
Please arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to your tee time. A Slammer & Squire Team Member will greet you at the bag drop, assist you with your clubs and direct you to the golf shop. For immediate assistance ring the doorbell to the golf shop by located at the bag drop. A Team Member will be down momentarily. Please check in with our Professional Staff in the golf shop and feel free to browse for your logo souvenirs. Enjoy unlimited Callaway practice balls prior to your rounds of golf. Our Greeter will meet you at the practice facility approximately 5 minutes prior to your starting time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The King & Bear Golf Course has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please make reservation adjustments by calling the golf shop 48 hours prior to your tee time. If reservation adjustments are not made appropriately, you and your party will be responsible for the charges.
DRESS CODE:
Appropriate attire is required at all times while on the golf course and all practice areas. All golfers and spectators are required to wear a collared shirt or an acceptable golf mock (mock collar at least 1”). Denim, gym apparel, tee shirts, cut-offs, tank tops, tube tops and short shorts are strictly prohibited. Women may wear collar-less shirts, but must be appropriate golf attire or golf blouse. We are a soft spike only golf facility.
RENTAL CLUBS:

PACE OF PLAY:
It is the responsibility of the group to maintain appropriate pace during the round. Foursome pace of play requirement is 4 hours and 21 minutes. Player Assistants will guide you in maintaining a reasonable pace of play.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
At times we may experience weather conditions that stop or delay play. Some of these conditions include: frost delay, heavy fog, heavy rain, lightning or an approaching storm. For severe weather conditions, it is the player's responsibility to seek shelter immediately. Please abide by the recommended decisions of the golf staff as they are in the best interest of the player’s safety.
