Ovarian Cancer Awareness Tournament Friday, September 30th, 2022

12:00 pm Shotgun Start – King & Bear Four-Person Scramble
Entry is $150.00 per player
Includes – Greens Fees, Carts, Lunch Award Reception, Hole Prizes & Flight Prizes. Optional 50\50 raffle | Charity Auction | Mulligans
All proceeds from the event will go to Ovarian Cancer Research Charities.

Tournament Notes:
● Flights will be determined by scramble scores.
● Mulligans will be sold 3 for $20. Three max per player.
● The first 36 teams will be accepted for entry on a first come first serve basis. All
additional teams will be placed on a waiting list in the order they sign up.
● Deadline for Entries: Wednesday, September 21st, 2022, at noon.
